This has been a fantastic week in real estate for Princeton Hills. I blogged about the beauty and history of the Brentwood TN neighborhood yesterday, and I am happy to announce today that not one, but two of my listings in Princeton Hills have entered into contracts.
This is good news for the remaining active listings in Princeton Hills. The rate of home sales in the neighborhood’s price point are showing a slight increase. Sellers can expect to benefit from the decreased competition.
