Inspired by an old English village, Hemmingwood was developed in the mid 1980′s by Edsel Charles. Charles, who is currently the CEO of MarketGraphics esearch Group, deviated from the popular 80′s and 90′s ranch style homes and opted for home floor plans that were way ahead of their time. Archways, open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, and transom windows are common characteristics of Hemmingwood homes. Luxury amenities, fantastic location, and incredible price points explain why this community has continued to thrive in even the most volatile markets.
The Hemmingwood community is centered around a lake, which supports the beautifully lush landscapes. Hemmingwood’s 111 homeowners, including myself, enjoy scenic walking trails, accented by lovely seating areas and gazebos.
Hemmingwood has two separate entrances: Estate homes can be accessed through the entrance behind the Shoppes of Brentwood Hills, just off Kelley Road in Brentwood TN, while the second entrance is across from Fredericksburg on Hearthstone Lane.
